Direct payments (card, SBP, cryptocurrency) and escrow payment are available — when enabled, the funds are held by a licensed payment partner (not on the platform) and released to the freelancer only after your confirmation.

Review the result and confirm completion. With escrow payment the money goes to the freelancer only after your "ok" — until then it is protected.
If a dispute arises
If the result does not match what was agreed — open a dispute. Support will review the correspondence and materials and help resolve the conflict fairly.
