Question 1

How do I find a specialist on PROMFREE?

Accepted Answer

Post a request describing your task and budget — freelancers will send proposals within minutes. Or use search and pick a specialist from the services catalog.

Question 2

Is posting a request free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Posting requests and responses is free. The platform fee is charged to the executor when any order is completed — both via escrow and direct payment (for direct, it is billed to the executor for payment).

Question 3

What languages does the platform support?

Accepted Answer

PROMFREE works in Russian, English, and Georgian. You can switch the interface language at any time.

Question 4

How does escrow payment work?

Accepted Answer

Once you choose a freelancer, you deposit the payment into escrow — funds are held by a licensed payment partner (not by the platform) and released to the freelancer only after you confirm the work is done. Until you confirm, your money is protected. (Escrow is currently in development — coming soon.)

Question 5

Who pays the platform fee?

Accepted Answer

A 0% fee is withheld from the freelancer when an order is completed successfully. The client pays no fee.

Question 6

Which currencies and payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

The platform supports 75 currencies and cryptocurrency, as well as direct settlement between the parties. Available methods depend on your region.

Question 7

How do I become a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

Sign up, create a freelancer profile, describe your services, and complete verification. After that you’ll be able to respond to client requests.

Question 8

Are freelancers on the platform verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every freelancer passes identity verification before gaining access to orders. Verified specialists are marked with a badge on their profile.

Question 9

What if I’m unhappy with the quality of the work?

Accepted Answer

Open a dispute through the platform. Funds in escrow stay frozen until the situation is resolved. Our support team helps settle the conflict fairly for both sides.

Question 10

How is my account protected?

Accepted Answer

The connection is encrypted, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available, and passwords are stored securely. Sensitive actions require re-confirming your identity.
