Along the way we felt in full just how inconvenient, expensive and bureaucratic the existing system can be. Ever-rising fees, opaque rules, the absence of real support, and complete indifference to whether a professional grows or simply burns out — where this became the norm.
At some point it became clear: the current model no longer works. It doesn't let professionals grow, doesn't protect their interests, and doesn't create the conditions for long-term collaboration. That is exactly why we decided to build the platform differently.
